Melbourne based Andrew Maynard has worldwide commendations, awards and recognitions for his design work coming out of his ears….but I want to talk about his holiday snaps!
Maynard recently visited Florence where, like most architects-on-tour, he spent most of his time looking up. It seems a time of good fortune in Florence, as buildings are being built and renovated left, right and center. Always attracted by patterns in topology and content Maynard was drawn to the poles in the sky – here are just some of the photos Maynard snapped of the Italian scaffolding he came across whilst exploring the streets of Florence.
