Futurespace Magazine, is pleased to feature a post on Nicola Albon, writer and Contributing Editor for this site. Nicola has developed her passion for photography this year and has started to be awarded and recognised for her work.
Nicola has some really nice prints for sales and they would make ideal Christmas presents. We love the series, Street Photography – limited edition black and white gloss prints on Fuji DP2 paper. Editions of 40.
Nicola’s candid street photography shows human behaviour with a sense of humour, through an affectionate lens. “I like to capture people when they don’t know they are being watched,” she says. “So often people will all be doing the same thing and not realising it. People can be very funny.” Many of her limited edition prints come from her blog Slice of London Life: http://sliceoflondonlife.com
Nicola also produces fine art limited edition giclee prints of flowers and plants. She focuses on the plants that others might call weeds or the elements of a plant that would have a gardener reaching for the secateurs.
You can buy prints through http://www.facebook.com/NicolaAlbonPhotography or at Art + Cake – a A Touch of Art Christmas Bazaar SW4 at Clapham Methodist Church, 121 Nelson’s Row, Clapham High Street, London, SW4 7RJ this Saturday 17th December from 9.30am to 6.30pm.
